Patient Zero: Escape is a 3D block puzzle game where you find yourself in a weirdly themed hospital. Instead of running away from monsters or fighting foes, you’ll be solving puzzle boards by arranging differently-shaped blocks in the right spots. Each level is a small puzzle that you must observe carefully to find the solution and fill all the vacant areas.

The challenges look easy at first, but the more complicated shapes will force you to think about every move. Putting one piece in wrong means the other pieces don't have adequate room. Therefore, patience and spatial thinking are important for the advancement in the game.

The game blends the traditional block-stacking gameplay with a 3D medical setting. Every level has a board with several empty places and pieces with unique shapes. You have to place the pieces so that there is no space and no block is in the wrong place.

Solving a riddle completes a stage and allows progress to the next. The challenge grows gradually through the levels, making you think about the shape, size and placement of each item. There is no time pressure so you can leisurely try out numerous ways till the solution is reached.

How to play the Patient Zero: Escape game?

On a computer, drag the pieces on the board using your mouse. Tap or click on a piece to rotate it, if the level supports it. To move the blocks on a phone, tap and drag with your finger. Press P or Esc to pause.

Tips and Tricks to Win Patient Zero: Escape

Watch the whole board: Look for hard-to-fill gaps before you start putting bricks in.

Prioritise special pieces: difficult to rotate shapes should be placed first.

Try alternative directions – rotate the pieces to see if you can fit the gaps.

Don’t make the gaps too small – a small wonky gap may prohibit you from completing the board.

Check the arrangement again, and if there are no more good moves, try rearranging the blocks as before.

Patient Zero: Escape is good for individuals who like light logic games that don't require fast reflexes but are still tough enough to hold their attention. Each finished board is an achievement and will help you train observation and problem-solving skills.
